(LBM S.p.A.) – a company active in the production of film and television content (Euronext Growth Milan – IT0005380602 – LBM and Euronext Growth Paris – IT0005380602 – ALIE) – announces that it has today received notice of withdrawal from the office of Euronext Growth Advisor (“EGA”) from Alantra, with immediate effect, following the termination of the fiduciary relationships essential for the continuation of the office.

LBM S.p.A. announces that it has immediately started the search for a new EGA.
