Rome, 13 November 2024 – Lady Bacardi Media S.p.A. (LBM S.p.A.) – a company active in the production of film and television content (Euronext Growth Milan – IT0005380602 – LBM and Euronext Growth Paris – IT0005380602 – ALIE) – announces that today it has received the irrevocable resignation with immediate effect of the director Francesco D’Intino.

The reason is connected with the impossibility of correctly and usefully continuing the mandate in the interest of the Company.

Today, the Shareholders’ Meeting has been called for an ordinary session for 2 December 2024, at 4:00 p.m., in first call, and, for December 4, 2024, at 4:00 p.m., in second call, with the appointment of the Board of Directors on the agenda.
