Resignation of Andrea Iervolino from the position of President and member of the Board of director of ILBE

Rome, Paris September 13, 2024 – ILBE (Iervolino and Lady Bacardi Entertainment) – a company active in the production of film and television content (Euronext Growth Milan – IT0005380602 – IE and Euronext Growth Paris – IT0005380602 – ALIE) – announces that today has received the irrevocable and unconditional resignation of Mr. Andrea Iervolino from his position as President and member of the Company’s Board of Director, with immediate effect.

The resignations are motivated by differences of opinion regarding the Company’s industrial strategic lines arose with the shareholder MB Media S.A. The outgoing administrator, Mr. Andrea Iervolino, nevertheless reaffirmed his unconditional willingness to do everything necessary to ensure the continuity of the projects initiated by the Company during his tenure.
