Rome, 03 January 2025 – Sipario Movies S.p.A. – a company active in the production of film and television content (Euronext Growth Milan – IT0005380602 – SMO and Euronext Growth Paris – IT0005380602 – ALIE) – announces that the Standing Auditor, Ms. Paola Di Giulio, who took over from the resigning auditor, Dr. Matteo Colafigli, on 02 January 2025, has announced his irrevocable resignation with immediate effect for personal reasons. Therefore, as of that date, the office of standing auditor will be replaced by the alternate auditor Andrea Sergiacomo.
