Rome, 02 January 2025 – Sipario Movies S.p.A. – a company active in the production of film and television content (Euronext Growth Milan – IT0005380602 – SMO and Euronext Growth Paris – IT0005380602 – ALIE) – announces that the Standing Auditor, Mr. Matteo Colafigli, has announced his irrevocable resignation with immediate effect, motivated by the numerous current and future commitments and the impossibility of being able to carry out his mandate adequately. Therefore, as of that date, the office of standing auditor will be replaced by the alternate auditor Paola Di Giulio.
