Rome, 30 September 2024 – ILBE (Iervolino and Lady Bacardi Entertainment) – a company active in the production of film and television content (Euronext Growth Milan – IT0005380602 – IE and Euronext Growth Paris – IT0005380602 – ALIE) – announces that has acknowledged the communication from the assembly service provider regarding the failure to form the constitutive quorum for the shareholders’ meetings scheduled for September 30. It is also announced that on September 28, 2024, the indipendent board members Riccardo Tiscini and Roberto Di Mario submitted their resignations. Roberto Di Mario also resigned from the “organismo di vigilanza”.
