New Board Director and Change in the Financial Calendar 2023

The Board of Directors of ILBE (Iervolino and Lady Bacardi Entertainment) – a company active in the production of film and television content (Euronext Growth Milan -IT0005380602 -IE and Euronext Growth Paris – IT0005380602 – ALIE) – held today in ordinary session – informs that the nonexecutive Director Ellida Bronzetti has resigned in order to focus more on the lines of business of Red Carpet, in particular on the development of unscripted products (i.e. docu and tv shows), as well as Branded Contents.

At her place the Board has appointed l’Avv. Francesco Libutti, President of “Fondo Pensione Agenti”. In his role as a lawyer, Mr Libutti has developed a significant experience in civil and private law – in the fields of navigation, transport and insurance law. In particular, among the others, he has worked for Generali Assicurazioni, as well as having cooperated through the years with both
Government and local public administrations. At present, he has his own studio based in Rome.

Furthermore, the Company communicates the following change in 2023 Financial Calendar:
– The meeting of the Board of Directors to examine and approve the nonmandatory consolidated financial statements as at 31 March, 2023 (not subject to auditing), will be held on 8 June 2023 instead of 12 May 2023, as initially communicated.
