Rome, Sept. 24, 2024 – With regard to the latest news regarding Maserati Production, it is to specify that the Company maintains two contracts with third parties related to the Intellectual property rights of Maserati, specifying that the idea of the subject belongs to Andrea Iervolino at the time when he acted as a President and CEO of the Company. For this reason, any action that might lead to any damage to the company and to its rights will be defended  under all circumstances.
