Banca Finnat appointed as new specialist & corporate broker of ILBE, taking over from Intermonte SIM which will cover the role until October 31, 2023

The Board of Directors of ILBE (Iervolino and Lady Bacardi Entertainment) – a company active in the production of film and television content (Euronext Growth Milan – IT0005380602 – IE and Euronext Growth Paris – IT0005380602 – ALIE) – discloses, pursuant to Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Italia Issuers’ Regulation, that it has appointed Banca Finnat Euramerica S.p.A. as Specialist Operator and Corporate Broker. Banca Finnat will take over from Intermonte Sim which will continue to cover the role until October 31, 2023. The appointment will be effective as from 01 November, 2023.

Banca Finnat is a qualified operator due to the credibility developed on Euronext Growth Milan, becoming one of the main intermediaries on this Market.
