Appointment by co-optation of two directors

THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS HAS RESOLVED TO APPOINT BY CO-OPTATION THE DIRECTORS CLAUDIO RAPINO AND ALESSANDRO DI MAJO

Rome, 06 November 2024 – The Board of Directors of Lady Bacardi Media S.p.A. (LBM S.p.A.) – a company active in the production of film and television content (Euronext Growth Milan – IT0005380602 – LBM and Euronext Growth Paris – IT0005380602 – ALIE) – met on 05 November 2024 and resolved to appoint, with the approval of the Board of Statutory Auditors, Mr. Claudio Rapino and Lwy. Alessandro di Majo as Directors of the Board of Directors, by co- optation pursuant to art. 2386 first paragraph of the Civil Code and article 35.13 of the bylaws.

The Board of Directors also appointed Mr. Claudio Rapino as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Claudio Rapino has been working since 2006 in the world of film distribution and production in national companies listed on the stock exchange (Leone Film Group and Notorious Pictures) and international companies such as Koch Media.

Lwy. Alessandro di Majo deals with civil law, copyright, corporate law, bankruptcy law, sports law, banking law. He is a member of the Board of Directors of RAI S.p.A. He carries out and has carried out numerous research and teaching activities at national universities and Masters.
